Team & workspace
Invite teammates into your workspace, assign them roles, track what everyone does with the activity audit log, and manage billing from the owner-only Billing tab.
Your workspace is where all of your Callable resources live — agents, teams, tools, knowledge base, phone numbers, campaigns, and results. Everything is isolated to your workspace, so inviting teammates lets people collaborate on the same agents and data without giving anyone access to another workspace.
Inviting teammates
Add collaborators from the Team page in the left nav.
- Open Team from the dashboard left nav.
- Choose Invite and enter the teammate's email address.
- Assign a role (see Roles below).
- Send the invite. The teammate joins your workspace and can sign in at /signup with email + password, Google sign-in, or a magic email link.
Once they accept, they see the same workspace resources you do, scoped to the permissions of their role.
Roles
Each teammate is assigned a role that governs what they can do in the workspace. Roles let you separate day-to-day operators from people who manage the account itself.
Use roles to give teammates the access they need for their job — for example, letting someone build and run agents without exposing account-level controls like billing, which stays owner-only.
Activity audit log
The Team page includes an audit log of activity in your workspace, so you have a record of what teammates have done.
Use the audit log to:
- Review actions taken across the workspace over time.
- Keep an accountability trail as your team grows.
Billing (owner-only)
The Billing tab is visible only to the workspace owner. This is where the account's plan and pay-as-you-go usage are managed.
From Billing, the owner can:
- Review the current plan and purchase or change paid plans via Stripe Checkout.
- See metered usage (LLM + voice spend) against the plan's budget, shown on the usage meter in the dashboard.
- Understand the plan's limits on how many agents, teams, and users the workspace can create.
Because billing is owner-only, teammates with other roles can build and operate agents but can't see or change the account's plan or payment details.
