Boards
Boards are your own dashboards: pick the metrics and charts that matter to you, save them, and share them. Open Test → Boards.
Boards run on the same numbers as Analytics, so a widget on a board and the same chart in Analytics always agree.
Create a board
- New board starts empty.
- Or start from a template: Sales performance, Call quality, Voice latency or Costs. You can change anything afterwards.
Boards save automatically as you edit.
Add a widget
Click Add widget and choose:
- Visualisation — KPI (one number with its change vs the previous period), line (a trend over time), bar (compare groups), pie (share of a whole) or table (exact values).
- Data source — calls, usage & costs (every metered event across phone, web chat, tests and tools), or model turns.
- Metric — anything in the metric definitions, or a formula.
- Aggregation — count, average, sum, minimum or maximum.
- Group by — date, agent, call status, outcome, customer, direction, sentiment, failure reason, result, hour of day, weekday and more.
- Split into series — for example calls per day, one line per agent.
- Time grain — automatic, hour, day, week or month.
- Widget filter — on top of the board's filters: successful or unsuccessful calls only, inbound or outbound only.
- Size — small, half or full width.
The preview updates as you change options.
Formulas
A formula is arithmetic over metrics, written with curly braces:
{cost} / {conversions}
{conversions:sum} / {calls} * 100
({duration:max} - {duration:min}) / 1000Use + - * / and brackets. Add :sum, :avg, :min, :max or :count to pick an aggregation. Dividing by zero shows "—" rather than an error.
Arrange, filter and drill down
- Arrange lets you move, duplicate and remove widgets.
- The filter row (date range, agents, more filters) applies to every widget on the board.
- Set current range as default saves the date range the board opens with, and the range a shared link shows.
- Click any chart point or bar to see the calls behind it, and any call to open it in the inspector.
Share a board
Share link creates a read-only link anyone can open without signing in. Shared boards show charts and numbers only: customer phone numbers are masked to their last four digits, and there's no access to individual calls, transcripts or recordings. Stop sharing turns the link off immediately.
Export downloads the board's definition as a file.
