Results & CRM

Results is the built-in CRM for your outbound campaigns — a view of every lead's call status, recording, transcript, and disposition, saved the moment each call ends.

Opening a campaign's Results

Every campaign has its own Results view. From the Campaigns list, click the Results button on the campaign you want to inspect.

Tip: Each call's status, duration, recording, and transcript are saved the moment it ends — you don't have to wait for the whole campaign to finish. Reload the Results view to pull in the latest.

Summary stats

The top of the Results view shows summary stats for the campaign at a glance:

  • Leads — total contacts in the campaign
  • Completed — calls that connected and finished
  • Interested and Not interested — outcome counts
  • Callbacks — leads that asked to be called back
  • No-answer — calls that weren't picked up

These roll up from the per-lead dispositions below, so they stay in sync as calls complete and as you edit dispositions by hand.

Expanding a lead

Each lead is a row you can expand to see the full detail of that call:

  • Call status + duration — how the call ended (see the per-contact statuses below) and how long it lasted.
  • Recording — an inline player to listen to the call, with a Download button to save the audio file.
  • Transcript — the full turn-by-turn conversation, showing both the agent's and the caller's turns.
  • Disposition — an editable outcome for the lead (see below).
  • Feedback notes — a free-text field for your own notes on the lead.

Per-contact call status

As the dialer works through a campaign, each contact moves through these statuses:

queued → calling → connected → completed / no_answer / busy / failed

Editable disposition

The disposition captures the outcome of the lead. You can set or change it directly on the row. The available values are:

  • interested
  • not_interested
  • callback
  • voicemail
  • no_answer
  • unknown

Editing a disposition updates the summary stats above it.

AI Analyze pass

Click Analyze N calls at the top of the Results view to run an AI post-call pass over every completed call that hasn't been analyzed yet. For each call it produces:

  • A summary of the call
  • A suggested disposition
  • Extracted fields pulled from the transcript

This lets you triage results quickly without reading every transcript in full. You can still edit the disposition and notes afterward.

Exporting to CSV

To take the campaign's results out of the platform — into a spreadsheet, your own CRM, or a report — use the CSV export. It exports the whole campaign's results in one file, including each lead's status, disposition, and details.

Tip: To push results into a spreadsheet or database automatically, connect a data app (Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or Excel) in Integrations.
