Terms of Service
Last updated July 16, 2026
These terms are a legal agreement between you and Callable (“Callable”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of callableio.com and the Callable platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using Callable on behalf of a company or other organization, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm you're authorized to do so. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
1. Agreement
By creating a Callable account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Callable. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.
2. The service
Callable lets you build, configure, and run AI voice and chat agents — including buying or connecting phone numbers, uploading knowledge, running outbound campaigns, and reviewing transcripts and analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features depend on third-party providers (for language models, voices, speech-to-text, and telephony) whose availability we don't control.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. You're responsible for the agents you configure and any team members you invite to your workspace.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Callable to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Place unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or abusive calls or messages, or send spam.
- Impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent that an agent is human where the law requires disclosure.
- Handle others' personal data without a lawful basis, or collect sensitive data you're not permitted to collect.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its underlying providers.
- Resell or expose the platform's underlying model or telephony capacity in a way that circumvents your plan's limits.
We may investigate and take action — including removing content or suspending accounts — for conduct we reasonably believe violates these terms or the law.
5. Calling & recording laws
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your calls and messages — including telemarketing, do-not-call, consent, disclosure, and call-recording rules in every jurisdiction you contact. Where the law requires consent to record or to contact someone, obtaining it is your responsibility. Callable provides the tools; you decide who to contact and what to say.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, knowledge, contact lists, transcripts, recordings, and other content you put into Callable (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you. We don't sell Your Content and don't use your conversations to train our own or third parties' models. You're responsible for having the rights to use Your Content and for its legality.
7. Third-party services & your own keys
Callable relies on third-party providers (see the Privacy Policy's sub-processors). If you connect your own provider keys under Integrations, you're responsible for your agreements with those providers and for any charges they bill you directly. Your keys are stored encrypted and used only to route your own requests. We aren't responsible for third-party outages, changes, or the content their models generate.
8. Plans & billing
Callable offers a free trial and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Included usage. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI usage. When you reach it, usage continues on a pay-as-you-go basis drawn from your prepaid balance — it doesn't simply stop.
- Usage-based charges. Phone numbers, call minutes, and usage beyond your plan's allowance are billed as incurred at the rates shown in the product.
- Trial limits. The free trial is capped and excludes premium voices, number purchases, and campaigns. It's meant for evaluating the product.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You're responsible for any applicable taxes.
- No refunds. Except where required by law, fees already paid and metered usage are non-refundable.
We may change prices or plan features; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes, which take effect on your next billing cycle.
9. Usage limits & fair use
Plans include limits (such as the number of agents and included AI budget) shown in the product. We enforce these to keep the platform reliable and priced fairly for everyone. We may apply reasonable rate limits and abuse protections, and may contact you if your usage is unusually high or appears automated in a way these terms don't allow.
10. Cancellation & suspension
You can cancel any time from your dashboard; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we don't pro-rate partial periods. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination your right to use the service ends; you can export Your Content beforehand, and we may delete it after a reasonable period.
11. Availability
We work to keep Callable available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, provider outages, and factors outside our control can cause downtime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
12. Disclaimer & liability
Callable is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated responses can be inaccurate or inappropriate; you're responsible for reviewing how your agents behave before and while they're live.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Callable harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the service, your calls and messages, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. When we make a material change we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the dashboard or by email. Continuing to use Callable after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Callable's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction there, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be waived by agreement.
