1. Agreement

By creating a Callable account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using Callable on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

Callable provides AI voice and chat agents. You are responsible for the content of your agents, the prompts you configure, and for complying with applicable laws when contacting your customers (including call-recording and consent rules in your jurisdiction).

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Callable for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive calling, for spam, or to impersonate others without disclosure where required by law.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges (included AI budget overages, telephony, numbers) are billed as incurred. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Disclaimer & liability

Callable is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
