What we collect
Account information (name, email), your agent configurations, and the transcripts and recordings of calls and chats your agents handle. We collect only what's needed to run your agents and bill usage.
How we use it
To operate your agents (generate replies, transcribe speech, place/receive calls), show you analytics, and meter usage against your plan. We do not sell your data.
Sub-processors
To deliver the service we share the minimum necessary data with: Supabase (database), OpenAI and Anthropic (language models), Deepgram (speech-to-text), Cartesia and ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Telnyx and Twilio (telephony), and Stripe (billing).
Retention & your rights
Your agents, transcripts, and recordings are stored in our database until you delete them. You can export or delete your data from the dashboard at any time. Recording and transcript retention can be turned off per agent in the agent's settings.
